• Includes: Professional dusk shots of the property, front and back. Add a twilight drone shot for an additional $100.

• Business Front or Residential Property Photos: $75 for digital files; $150 for one printed & framed (8x10) picture plus two digital copies.

 Multiple Batteries or Drones Service Fee

FAA Waiver Fee

• Price: $75
• Applicable Conditions: Required for flights in controlled airspace.

Professional Headshots

• Price: $180
• Includes: Set of three professionally edited headshots with your choice of background colors and two outfits. Additional backgrounds or wardrobe changes available for an extra fee.

General Terms

• Property Size: Prices are for properties up to 3,000 sq ft. An additional $75 fee is charged for every extra 1,000 sq ft.
• Travel and Size Surcharge: Additional charges may apply for larger properties and greater travel distances.

Cut-Out Headshots

• Price: Available upon request
• Details: Offers customization in headshot presentation with optional cut-out services for an enhanced professional appearance. Additional charges apply.

Service Extensions and Add-OnsAdditional Drone or Battery Usage

• Price: $80
• Details: Applicable when more than three batteries are used or when multiple drones are needed at one job site. Additional  fee will be added for every three batteries used. 

FAA Waiver Fee

• Price: $75
• Required For: Operations in controlled airspace necessitating an FAA flight waiver.

Professional Headshots

• Price: $180
• Includes: Three professionally edited headshots. Clients can select background colors and are allowed two outfit changes. Options for additional backgrounds or wardrobe changes at extra costs.

Additional Notes

• Pricing: All listed prices apply to properties up to 3,000 square feet.
• Surcharge for Larger Properties: An additional fee of $75 will be charged for every 1,000 square feet beyond the initial 3,000 square feet.
• Travel Surcharge: Additional fees may be required for properties located beyond usual service areas or for extensive travel.
